Grabber allows you to have a full control over the documents that were grabbed. You can trace and view the documents that were uploaded into SDMS by the Grabber, and sort them by different parameters. You can also view the documents that had problems at uploading, by using the troubleshoot files option.

2. | Right click the Grabber icon to display the Grabber activities pop-up menu, and select the Documents option. |

3. | In order to trace SDMS Grabber uploaded files, select the Uploaded Documents option from the pop-up sub-menu; the Uploaded Files window opens: |

4. | The window displays all the files that were uploaded by the Grabber. You can sort uploaded files by date, project, file type as well as view a document specific properties by highlighting a document in the left-side pane, and clicking the Properties option on the right-side pane. |
