 After a document is uploaded into the SDMS, the system attempts to process the document. The document is assigned one of the following statuses:
| • |  Recognized - Completed the recognition process and a match was found. This means that processing has ended successfully, and data was extracted to UXML and stored accordingly. |
| • |  Unrecognized - The system did not find matching DRP template for the document. This typically means that the document requires additional work so that it can be processed. |
| • |  Error - Indicates that the system cannot process the document. It can be an error during the routing process etc. |
| • |  Pending - The document is being processed. Routing and data extraction templates are found. |
| • |  Training Files - Files that were used to create a DRP and an FRP. |
| • |  Unrecognizable - Unsupported files for data processing. |
