After the Document Template Designer window is opened, the statistical recognition of file types begins. This is done by statistical usage of keywords rather than organizational structure, tables, and so on. This method allows you to "teach" the system how to classify a document by its type, such as determining if a certain document is an instrument output document, invoice, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), and so on.
