 Documents can enter the Incoming Queue application from various sources:
| 1) | From STARLIMS - Such as through an attachment in one of the LIMS applications. |
| 2) | SDMS Grabber - A polling application that checks a location to see if there are files to be uploaded. |
| 3) | Using an SDMS upload link - Located in the Documents or Incoming Queue applications in SDMS. |
| 4) | Microsoft Office - Users working on documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, or Outlook can upload a document from within those applications if SDMS add-ins are installed. |
