You can preview the document's UXML in the Incoming Queue window. The Output UXML is generated by the system according to the data extraction patterns and a UXML template associated with the uploaded document. The output UXML is the format in which the document's data is exported to an external LIMS. For more information, refer to the Unified XML section. | 1. | Log on as a user with access to Life Cycle Options> SDMS> Incoming Queue and open that branch. |
| 2. | To view the document's output UXML, select it from the document's list, and click the Unified XML link; the Unified XML output preview window appears. |
| 3. | The window shows UXML output of the first Run. To see the output of all Runs, click the Only one Run button. |
| 4. | To return to only the first Run view, click the Only one Run button again. For more information about runs, see sections Multiruns and Binding Extracted Information to Unified XML for Multiruns. |
| 5. | To view the UXML output in simple XML format, click on the Output XML tab. |
| 6. | To view the list of all keywords extracted from the document, click on the Document Keywords tab. For more information about keywords, see section Keywords. |
